• Masters Men 40-49                 4 to score 
• Masters Men 50-59                 4 to score       

2.00 pm Men over 60 and all Women Distance c.7000m

• Masters Women 40 to 49        4 to score
• Masters Women 50 to 59        4 to score
• Masters Women 60 plus         3 to score
• Masters Men 60 plus               3 to score    

Will be awarded to the first 3 individuals in each age group and to the first 3 teams in each age group.  Presentations will be made as soon as possible after each race.
